Romantic wedding in Florence
Let’s relive the magic of one of our favorite couples during their romantic wedding in Florence.
This is one of the best and most successful weddings we have experienced in years: Guillaume and Timur’s dream wedding in Florence. This young and fresh couple gathered with their beautiful families and friends from France, Turkey and USA to celebrate their union in an unforgettable Tuscan setting just outside Florence, right at the beginning of the Tuscan Appenini.
All the wonderful photos in this post are by extra talented Tuscan wedding photographer Duccio Argentini.
A romantic ceremony in the garden.
This beautiful couple chose our Harpist and Female Vocals Duo both for the ceremony and for the aperitif.
During the ceremony the duo performed classical music such as “Panis Angelicus” by Cesar Franck and Ave Maria by Franz Schubert.
The classical music perfectly highlighted the emotional moments of the ceremony held in the antique garden. There was an exchange of energy between the couple and the musicians who moved each other to tears with words that celebrated their love and the angelic sound of the music that accompanied them.
The ironic spirit of the newlyweds was set free at the end of the ceremony as they chose the famous theme from “Game of Thrones” to walk down the aisle together.
Cocktail by the pool.
After the ceremony, the harpist and vocalist entertained the guests during the cocktail by the pool with a beautiful set list of contemporary and evergreen pop songs personally chosen by the couple.
“La vie en rose”, “Make you feel my love” by Adele, Stand By Me by Ben E. King and “You are so beautiful” by Joe Cocker created a magical and romantic atmosphere.
The duo also performed a special request song and all the guests started singing along, it really was a perfect moment!
After dinner show.
After the al fresco dinner, the dance floor came alive with the newlyweds’ first dance to the song “Sing, Sing, Sing” by Louis Prima performed by our Italian Swing and Jazz Band. They opened the dances, with a super cool choreography!
The set list (personally chosen by the couple from the complete band’s song list) was an energetic mix of up tempo swing and funky, soul classics. As a result, all the guests were dancing to the rhythm of fun and uplifting music performed by a five piece band composed of female vocalist, sax, piano, bass and drums.
The final song of the set was “This will be an everlasting song” by Nathalie Cole, surely the perfect anthem for this beautiful and loving couple that we will forever hold in our hearts.
